New character concept for my second novel, CAMP REDBLOOD AND THE SUMMER OF TERROR

Full text description: Shitshow is one of the few CITs at Camp Redblood who had his nickname before he became a counselor in training. The name refers to his propensity for creating said shitshows and other disasters. An aspiring event promoter, Shitshow hosted his first kegger at the age of 13 in the Roosevelt Valley Swamp near Camp Redblood. The party was cut short when half the attendees got stuck in quicksand and had to be rescued by the Redblood Scouts. At another one of his parties, Shitshow ran afoul of the Heavy Hittahs, a local street gang, when their leader discovered him with his hands up his sister's shirt, an incident which helped touch off a years-long war between the gang and Camp Redblood. During the Summer of Terror, Shitshow takes advantage of the camp's dwindling numbers by using empty cabins to host CIT parties. His best bud is fellow CIT Sascrotch.
